How a job runs
01 Enquiry
The structure, the stage it is at, and what you need: a design, an inspection, a report, or a second opinion. A suburb is enough to start on location, and a drawing or a photograph helps if you have one. Enquiries are answered within two business days.
03 Site and information
Where a site visit is needed, the engineer doing the assessment is the one who attends. Drawings and photographs sent ahead are useful and often decide what is worth looking at on the day.

Quotes and fee proposals are prepared free of charge. We work to a fixed fee or a schedule of rates. Terms are provided with every proposal, before any work starts.
04 Issue
Advice is dated and drawings carry a revision. What was known at the time of writing is stated as such.
